Within MyMalcolm go the FAQ Section and click "Add a FAQ" towards to the top right of the screen.
An instance is a collection of related FAQ’s and/or Workflows that your users will see and interact with and a set of management tools that you and other members of your staff or team will use.
Receive automatic notifications to a URL of your choice every time one of your Workflows is completed.
You can configure this in the Settings section of MyMalcolm.
Can I change the order in which FAQs are shown when a user browses a category, tag or author listing?
